We hope you will love your UNEKE® duvet. If it isn't quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used bedding unless the item is faulty or your rights apply under Australian Consumer Law.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly and we will make it right.
